The following items cannot be returned:
REFUNDS
All refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe of refund window after purchase is made i.e 48 hours for Legacy Leaders Club (Growth Gladiator Membership) & Last Day of 1 on 1 Consultation call i.e 7th day or the day of deliverables received. All refund requests must accompany the proof of purchase with date & satisfy its requirement conditions.
REFUND PROCESS
For a Refund, please email customer service at hi@gudhoomedia.com or tushar@gudhoomedia.com to obtain a Refund Request Authorisation (RRA) number.
Refund charges if any will be paid or reimbursed by us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your refund request and checking for the qualification of refund if qualified, we will process your refund. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the date of the refund request. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment mode. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
